Just out of curiosity, are you checking with the injector connected? If you unplug the connector, you may be seeing bias voltage.

I think I read in another post that this is a GDI system?
This may be because the PCM controls both the power and ground on GDI systems. It may be perfectly normal to see no voltage on either wire with the injector connected until the engine is cranking and the pcm receives a rpm signal. This may be difficult to monitor with a voltmeter effectively.

It is going to be difficult for you to get any valuable help from the forum community if you keep making multiple posts in different sections of the forum to ask questions about the same car.

With all the pieces of the puzzle scattered about, it's hard to see the whole picture. I would ask that in the future you please keep the same issue contained to a single thread. That way multiple people will be able to better follow your diagnostic progress and give helpful pointers along the way.
Also please try keep questions in the appropriate sections of the forum. Questions specific to a particular vehicle should be kept in the Repair Questions section, while questions pertaining to sections of the book should be posted in the Book questions section of the forum.

By all means, keep asking questions. If you never ask you will never know, and we all here to learn from each other's knowledge and experience.
We appreciate your participation on the forum!
